QA Analyst

Overview

QA Analyst role in Pune focused on quality procedures and assessments for KYC and financial crime-related requirements.

What you’ll do

• Determine, negotiate, and agree internal quality procedures, standards, and specifications to improve performance.
• Perform service quality assessments to monitor quality objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyse KYC files and documentation to verify policy and regulatory compliance for corporate clients.
• Prepare executive summaries, reports, and management information for stakeholders.
• Document testing and maintain workpapers for inspection by auditors and third parties.
• Review KYC files to identify gaps, document findings, and recommend remedial solutions.
• Assess outcome-based risks and flag risks outside tolerance.

What you’ll need

• In-depth knowledge of Know Your Customer and financial crime regulations.
• Experience in KYC roles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and investigation.
• Knowledge of anti money laundering processes and controls in relevant functions.
• Excellent knowledge of legislation affecting Barclays and clients, including data protection and money laundering/confidentiality regulations.
• Excellent command of the English language and clear communication skills.
