QA Automation Analyst

Overview

QA Automation Analyst (IT Quality Intmd Analyst) responsible for supporting UAT and product rollout, monitoring quality against standards, and performing quality analysis and reporting.

What you'll do

• Support initiatives for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production.
• Design and implement application testing scripts/plans with UAT professionals, users, and technology project managers.
• Conduct process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments; report issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure project standards and procedures are documented and followed across the software development life cycle; recommend documentation enhancements.
• Monitor products and processes for conformance to standards/procedures and verify traceability in project work products.
• Document findings, perform preliminary root cause analyses, and ensure corrective actions are assigned, documented, and completed.

What you'll need

• 4-9 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service industry (preferred).
• Experience in requirement reviews and identifying, communicating, and documenting discrepancies.
• Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Understanding of quality processes.
• Logical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem solving.
• Ability to work to deadlines and demonstrate clear written/verbal communication.
• Experience defining, designing, and executing test cases.
