Quality Assurance Executive

Overview

Quality Assurance Executive responsible for establishing and ensuring the correct implementation of QA procedures so products meet regulatory norms and quality specifications.

What you'll do

• Convey day-to-day assigned QA activities and requirements to the reporting authority.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Perform vendor management activities including onsite (paper and physical) audits.
• Review equipment qualification data and oversee issuance activities across departments.
• Review BMR and BPR and run a training schedule with training effectiveness evaluations.
• Maintain QMS record trackers and support batch release, including in the absence of the Quality head.
• Handle OOS, OOT, OOC, and deviation; manage promotional samples.
• Impart safety training to new recruits, employees, and contractors and maintain updated training records.

What you'll need

• B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry education requirement.
• 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
• English fluency in both written and spoken communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in QMS work processes and preparing quality reports/documents.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office / Quality reports.
