Engineering Services Practitioner

Overview

Provide end-to-end engineering services and technical solutions for Airbus civil aircraft programs, with a focus on Service Bulletin documentation.

What you'll do

• Author and proofread Service Bulletins for Airbus programs.
• Perform Standard, Transverse, and upgrade Service Bulletin services.
• Collect documents and information to support Service Bulletin creation.
• Analyze and resolve engineering requests from aircraft operators.
• Create and revise Service Bill of Material documentation.
• Perform quality checks on Standard and upgrade Service Bulletin services.
• Collaborate with teams and communicate technical findings to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience is required.
• At least 5 years of experience creating and modifying Service Bulletin documentation for Airbus civil aircraft.
• Experience with Cabin, Connectivity, and Systems on A320, A330, A350, and A380 fleets.
• Knowledge of ATA 100, iSpec 2200, and S1000D aerospace standards.
• Knowledge of VSB creation and modification.
• Knowledge of SAMM, GIPSY, GIDOCA, AIRINA, IMS, DACAS, and AIRNAVX.
• 15 years of full-time education and strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Technical writing skills.
• Front office query management experience.
