Overview
Lead quality assurance initiatives, testing strategy, automation, AI-enabled quality engineering, and team development across technology projects. Partner with development, product, and business teams to improve software quality and delivery outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead software quality assurance activities across multiple projects and applications.
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and automation plans.
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Manage defect identification, tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Drive scalable test automation, continuous testing, and quality engineering practices.
- Provide technical direction for automation frameworks and delivery-pipeline integration.
- Mentor QA Associates and Senior QA Associates.
What you'll need
- 10–12 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Workday implementations or major Workday enhancement programs.
- Working knowledge of Playwright and Selenium.
- Experience with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, source control, test management, and defect tracking tools.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and Agile delivery practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- ISTQB, CSQA, CQE, or equivalent certification.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools.
- Experience leading or supporting AI-enabled quality engineering initiatives.
