Quality Assurance & UAT Engineer – Dialer

Overview

Quality Assurance & UAT Engineer focused on manual testing and UAT for dialer and outbound contact center workflows, including end-to-end integration testing.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute UAT and manual testing for enhancements, releases, and business workflows.
• Create test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts from requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
• Run end-to-end and integration testing across CRM, contact center, telephony, workforce management, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Test dialer/outbound contact center features including campaigns, dialing modes, routing, agent availability, dispositions, retry/redial logic, pacing, and call outcomes.
• Validate authentication and access workflows including MFA, SSO, identity verification, and session management across positive and negative scenarios.
• Track and validate defects through resolution using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps; support defect triage and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate regression and release testing, deployment validation, and post-release testing to support production readiness.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, UAT, Manual Testing, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing manual test plans, test cases, test scripts, and UAT scenarios.
• Strong experience in dialer/outbound contact center testing for campaigns, routing, dialing strategies, agent workflows, dispositions, retry logic, and call outcomes.
• Experience testing contact center, CRM, customer servicing, workforce management, or telephony platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, regression testing, release testing, and production validation.
• Experience with API testing, integrations, end-to-end workflows, data validation, and SQL or reporting tools.
• Experience with defect/test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production releases, post-deployment validation, and hypercare.
• ISTQB or Certified Agile Tester (CAT) or similar certification.
