Overview
Quality Assurance & UAT Engineer for dialer and outbound contact center testing, responsible for planning and executing manual and integration testing to validate releases and business workflows.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute UAT and manual testing for enhancements, releases, and business workflow scenarios.
- Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs to create test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
- Run end-to-end and integration testing across CRM, contact center, telephony, workforce management, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Test dialer and outbound contact center features including campaigns, routing, dialing modes, agent availability, and call outcomes.
- Validate MFA, SSO, identity verification, authentication, session management, and access-management workflows.
- Test APIs and integrations, validating request/response behavior and data flows, using SQL/reporting tools when required.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps; support triage and production readiness checks.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, UAT, Manual Testing, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing manual test plans, test cases, test scripts, and UAT scenarios.
- Strong experience in dialer/outbound contact center testing including campaigns, routing, dialing strategies, and retry logic.
- Experience testing contact center, CRM, customer servicing, workforce management, or telephony platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, regression testing, release testing, and production validation.
- Experience with API testing, integrations, end-to-end workflows, data validation, and SQL or reporting tools.
- Experience with defect/test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
