Quality & Compliance Analyst

Overview

Quality & Compliance Analyst responsible for QMS operations, security/quality questionnaire responses, and maintaining audit-ready evidence across multiple compliance frameworks.

What you'll do

• Take over inbound security and quality questionnaires and respond independently to routine ones.
• Own day-to-day QMS operations, including training assignments, training content, and records for change orders, suppliers, and computer systems.
• Maintain GRC program status in Jira and Confluence.
• Review control statements across SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMC and catch drift between claims and evidence.
• Keep SOPs and policies current and readable by working through them.
• Improve questionnaire turnaround using an answer library instead of building responses from scratch.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience in GRC, compliance operations, quality assurance, or audit support with hands-on work.
• Direct experience responding to security or quality questionnaires at volume.
• Hand-on involvement in at least one audit/certification cycle end to end for SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMC, or a comparable framework.
• Experience administering or being a power user of a compliance system of record (eQMS, GRC platform, or equivalent) with accountability for data accuracy.
• Strong technical writing and editing to create clear SOPs and customer-facing answers.
• Fluency in Jira and Confluence, keeping them current.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated life-sciences/medical device/pharmaceutical environments, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, computer system validation, or supplier qualification.
