Overview

Quality Control Specialist I for Digital Experience, responsible for testing and verification of changes across customer-facing web applications and the ecommerce solution.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Build and maintain automated regression test coverage for critical workflows.
• Run cross-browser, responsive, and accessibility verification on customer-facing changes.
• Document defects with enough detail for engineering reproduction and resolution.
• Verify defect fixes and provide release sign-off as part of the team’s definition of done.
• Communicate testing status and release risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in software quality control/quality assurance for web applications.
• Ability to develop and maintain automated tests using a browser automation framework.
• Experience testing at the API level and diagnosing issues using browser developer tools.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tooling.
• Experience with agile software development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
