Quality Analysts I – Manual Testing (L&D Division)

Overview

Quality Analyst I to perform manual testing and quality reviews for learning solutions and L&D deliverables.

What you'll do

• Review and validate learning deliverables such as eLearning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, job aids, assessments, LMS items, SharePoint sites, and digital learning solutions.
• Conduct manual testing of learning content, learning technologies, LMS functionality, SharePoint applications, and related tools.
• Verify content accuracy, instructional quality, formatting consistency, branding compliance, accessibility requirements, and learner experience.
• Test course navigation, interactions, assessments, hyperlinks, media elements, and tracking functionality.
• Document, track, and report defects and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.
• Analyze quality trends and defect patterns and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

What you'll need

• Graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
• 5-8 years of QA/manual testing experience in the eLearning domain.
• Knowledge of instructional design and learning development processes.
• Understanding of learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and manual testing practices.
• Experience with web-based applications, SharePoint, and digital learning platforms.
