Overview
Quality Analyst I – Reporting, responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of learning solutions and operational processes.
What you'll do
- Conduct quality reviews across eLearning, ILT/VILT, videos, job aids, LMS content, and SharePoint sites.
- Perform manual testing of LMS platforms, learning technologies, and workflow applications.
- Validate content accuracy, functionality, accessibility, branding, learner experience, and business requirements.
- Identify, track, analyze, and report defects and quality issues.
- Analyze quality trends and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Create quality dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and quality improvement efforts, and mentor junior team members.
What you'll need
- Graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
- 5–8 years of experience in quality assurance, learning quality, process excellence, data analytics, or learning operations.
- Experience supporting LMS, digital learning, and shared services environments.
- Knowledge of instructional design, learning principles, SCORM, and xAPI.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, manual testing, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with Python, R, or SAS.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
Nice to have
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
