Quality Specialist

Overview

Quality Specialist supporting deployment of local quality strategy for Low Voltage motors to meet customer expectations and ensure sustainable operations.

What you'll do

• Execute test plans and demonstrate low voltage motor testing capabilities for internal testing and customer inspections.
• Develop and execute quality control plans and procedures for routine and type tests.
• Prepare routine and type test reports and daily/monthly reports.
• Handle customer/third-party inspections and ensure tests meet company and industry standards.
• Update and maintain test records per ISO 17025:2017 and NABL requirements.
• Report non-conformance and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot routine/type test setup errors and coordinate with Design/Production and order handling teams.

What you'll need

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant functional experience.
• Hands-on experience with measuring equipment including Yokogawa and Fluke (e.g., HV tester, insulation resistance tester).
• Knowledge of problem solving methods such as 8D methodology and DMAIC/Kaizen/Poka-yoke.
• Familiarity with instrument calibration.
• Familiarity with QMS ISO 9001:2015 and NABL ISO 17025:2017.
