Quality Coordinator

Overview

The Quality Coordinator will join the Production Team at Sricity and support product quality, safety, regulatory compliance, research and development, laboratory improvement, and quality assurance activities.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee a wide range of analytical and quality control tests to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Support research and development initiatives by providing accurate analytical data and technical recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in laboratory practices, testing methodologies, and instrument performance.
• Lead quality assurance activities, internal audits, and compliance with GMP, GLP, HACCP, and company standards.
• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to deliver business objectives.
• Mentor and develop laboratory technicians while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in Quality Control, Analytical Chemistry, or Laboratory Operations within the Flavors, Fragrances, Food, Chemical, or FMCG industry.
• Hands-on expertise in GC, GC-MS, method validation, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
• Sound knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Flavors & Fragrances industry.
• Knowledge of fragrance and flavor ingredients, raw material regulations, and identification techniques.
• Demonstrated success in leading laboratory improvement projects and quality initiatives.
• Experience managing audits, CAPA programs, and compliance activities.
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and develop high-performing teams.
