Quality Engineer

Overview

Senior Business Analyst role bridging business stakeholders and technology teams to elicit requirements, drive defect resolution and improve business processes.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze and document business requirements, user stories and process workflows.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
• Lead requirement workshops, backlog refinement sessions, impact analysis and solution validation activities.
• Analyze, triage and investigate business defects and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and assess business impact.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to drive resolution of defects and production issues.
• Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and validate delivered solutions against business expectations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of business requirements through implementation and production support.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management and Requirement Engineering.
• Proven expertise in analyzing business bugs, defect management, issue triaging and production support activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business issues into actionable requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently drive requirement discussions and defect resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications and Workflow Automation.
• Knowledge of API integrations, data analysis and business process optimization.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile or Scrum certifications.
