Quality Engineering Lead

Overview

Quality Engineering Lead role supporting the core FSO platform on ServiceNow, extending platform capability through feature implementations and contributing to ServiceNow software releases.

What you'll do

• Support the existing core FSO platform functionality.
• Extend the platform capability via feature implementations.
• Contribute towards ServiceNow software releases via delivery of configuration tasks and features.
• Collaborate with the scoped app team on installations of integrations and plug-ins as needed.
• Support incident tickets related to the platform and hosted applications.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA).
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD).

Nice to have

• 4+ years of in-depth experience in ServiceNow implementations, preferably in financial domain.
• Certified ServiceNow Implementer in CSM/FSO.
