Real Estate Executive

About the role

We are hiring a Real Estate Inventory Search Executive for commercial leasing and sales at our Gurgaon office in Sector 29, Spaze I Tech Park. This role is ideal for someone from a real estate background who enjoys sourcing inventory, connecting with property owners and brokers, and supporting active leasing and sales requirements.

What you'll do

• Source and update commercial property inventory for leasing and sales requirements
• Connect with owners, brokers, and channel partners to identify suitable listings
• Visit properties, verify details, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Support the team in sharing matched options with clients and follow up on availability
• Coordinate site visits and assist in closing discussions for commercial leasing and sales
• Track leads, inquiries, and updates in the system or Excel sheets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate role
• Must have a bike and be comfortable with field work and local travel
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing and real estate inventory sourcing
• Based in or able to work from Sector 29, Gurgaon

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial property markets
• Familiarity with brokers' network and local Gurgaon inventory
