Real Estate Site Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate the set-up and decommissioning of research and clinic sites, lead on-site crews and subcontractors, and research and schedule marketing events for Future of Medicine.

What you'll do

• Assist in project management of site build and decommission projects.
• Assist in developing inventory lists.
• Lead efforts at site builds and decommissions.
• Use inventory lists to verify all items are set up or decommissioned in the correct place.
• Direct and coordinate activities at site set-up, providing on-site leadership to crews and subcontractors, assigning work, and monitoring progress.
• Direct and coordinate decommissioning, dismantling, removal, and restoration of project sites, providing on-site leadership to employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate equipment and resources and ensure decommissioning is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, schedules, environmental standards, and applicable regulations.
• Research and schedule 3-day marketing event venues.
• Obtain contracts and make payments for all venues.
• Collaborate with other departments on site builds and events to ensure everyone is aligned and aware of their tasks.
• Use ProLease to store agreements for event venues and leases.
• Use IronClad to work with Legal in negotiating contracts and leases.

What you'll need

• Strong organization skills.
• Great communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to lead moving into or out of a new site.
• Experience in planning and executing events.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.

Details

• Remote office role with physical demands during site builds and decommissions.
• Up to 50% national travel, depending on study requirements, staff needs, and company initiatives.
• Physical demands: sitting 60%, lifting up to 25 lbs 20%, driving 10%, walking 5%, standing 5%.
• Pay range: $28.00 - $38.00 USD per hour for full-time team members.
