Reconciliation Project Sr Analyst - AVP

Overview

Senior Analyst (AVP) for reconciliation and project management within Operations Project Management.

What you'll do

• Ensure creation of project plan, stakeholder management plan, and acceptance plan.
• Maintain a central project issue log and understand project dependencies.
• Assign appropriate resources to the project and monitor commitments.
• Execute change control throughout the project.
• Track actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast as needed.
• Create a project risk management plan and establish project communication needs and plan.
• Work with the procurement team to create, administer, track, and close project contracts.

What you'll need

• 10-12 years relevant experience in TLM or any reconciliation platform.
• In-depth disciplinary knowledge to resolve issues within the area.
• Good analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex material from multiple sources.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
• Experience with basic project management and migration.
• Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.
