Record to Report Ops Associate focused on Finance Operations, performing balance sheet account reconciliations and transaction analysis.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Analyze and reconcile transactions as part of the Record to Report process.
• Balance balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-G/L source data.
• Verify whether balance sheet accounts are in balance with the general ledger source system.
• Address differences using reconciling items.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations (P2 roles).
• Any Graduation.
• Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Work with interactions within your own team and direct supervisor.

• May require rotational shifts.
