Record to Report Ops Associate

Overview

Record to Report Ops Associate aligned to Finance Operations to help determine financial outcomes through operational data reporting, analysis, and transaction reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports and conduct analysis to determine financial outcomes.
• Reconcile transactions and address differences as reconciling items.
• Balance all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-GRLC source data.
• Verify that balance sheet accounts are in balance with the source system feeding the general ledger.
• Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Work with interactions within your own team and direct supervisor.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years.
• Education: Any Graduation.
• Experience in P2 roles (as referenced for responsibilities).
• Ability to work on individual contributor tasks within a predetermined scope.
• Be able to work rotational shifts (as noted).
