CoE Finance Specilaist

Overview

CoE Finance Specialist focused on close and control activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, reporting optimization, and SOX-compliant month-end controls for regional markets.

What you'll do

• Execute monthly cycle financial activities to enable accurate and timely period-end postings.
• Research and analyze entries, and prepare and review journal entries.
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations, resolve open items, and surface risks.
• Prepare and post manual journal entries, and run BS variation analysis by month/quarter/year.
• Review month-end control documentation for SOX compliance; support control remediation.
• Produce routine analyses, schedules, and summaries for internal and external customers.
• Prepare audit deliverables and manage relationships with supported markets.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• CA/MBA or equivalent qualification (or advanced level in career).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience with BS reconciliation and BS variation analysis.
• Good organizational skills to meet key deadlines.
• Stakeholder management and analytical thinking.
• Continuous improvement experience.
