Senior Principal Architect - Site Supervision

Overview

Site Operations Interface Engineer providing offshore support for construction and site supervision projects across the Middle East.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with site supervision teams across multiple Middle East projects and serve as a primary technical point of contact for GTC India.
• Oversee project performance, operational efficiency, and adherence to quality standards for deliverables.
• Support contract administration, technical reviews, contractor instructions, and issue/claims resolution.
• Assist in reviewing submittals such as contractor design drawings, shop drawings, materials, and alternatives.
• Resolve technical issues, disputes, and claims with detailed analysis and closure.
• Evaluate site supervision processes and recommend improvements to efficiency and quality.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of site-based construction supervision experience across a range of engineering disciplines.
• Proven leadership managing multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale Middle East projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, project execution, and site supervision practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of international codes and standards.
• Ability to review shop drawings and material submittals and respond to technical queries.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and local authority requirements (advantage).
