Record to Report Ops Associate

Overview

Support record-to-report finance operations with a focus on fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, close activities, and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data and reconcile transactions.
• Design and implement fixed asset accounting processes and solutions.
• Prepare journals, accruals, and supporting schedules.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Execute balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged reconciling items.
• Support financial reporting under US GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Experience in fixed asset accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Knowledge of B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA is listed.

Nice to have

• Experience with general insurance or health insurance products.
