Finance Analyst - Generalaccoun

Overview

Finance Analyst role in General Accounting responsible for month-end close, journal control, reconciliations, and general accounting activities.

What you'll do

• Handle selected period close accounting activities including balance sheet and manual journal entries.
• Review and approve journals as part of control-related activities.
• Perform general accounting activities and record financial transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct accounting analysis and generate reports to support finance queries.
• Support month-end book closing and reporting activities.
• Assist the team leader during audits and drive root-cause analysis and remediations for issues.

What you'll need

• Graduate or postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 5 years operational experience in General Accounting.
• Team-player experience in a similar or higher sized team.
• Expertise in the end-to-end R2R process, including Intra-Group area.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to train, coach, or guide others.
