Associate Financial Analyst

Overview

Associate Financial Analyst for the Distributor Finance team within Global Business Services, supporting month-end closes, distributor incentive calculations, payments/accounting, and performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Provide month-end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity.
• Manage distributor incentive programs including tracking, rebate accruals, and rebate payment processing.
• Administer monthly controls such as inventory trending analysis to validate accuracy and resolve issues.
• Perform distributor related accounts receivable analysis including weekly reporting and deduction review.
• Produce KPI reporting to ensure complete and accurate resale processing in SAP.
• Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, documentation of reporting processes, and divisional risk reviews.

What you'll need

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Proven analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) and ad hoc reporting tools/databases.
• Effective oral and written communication and strong presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
