Overview

Record to Report Ops Associate aligned to Finance Operations, supporting fixed assets accounting by collecting operational data, analyzing outcomes, and reconciling transactions.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports to help determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Design and implement processes and solutions for fixed assets accounting.
• Handle fixed-asset chart of accounts alignment and back-office integration.
• Manage asset folios, payment processing, and asset transfers and retirements.
• Support physical inventory and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting.

What you'll need

• BCom qualification required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Fixed Asset Accounting (Record To Report - P1 roles).
• Ability to work with English (Domestic) at an elementary level.
• Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Work with interactions within own team and direct supervisor.
