Overview

Record to Report Ops New Associate focused on reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and cash/bank related activities in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Track daily cash positions across multiple global bank accounts.
• Allocate payments and receipts to respective bank clearing accounts.
• Share daily bank reconciliation statement open items with clients and an aging schedule.
• Reconcile bank statements against internal General Ledger (GL) balances daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Investigate outstanding items, bank adjustments, and payment discrepancies with counterparties and client treasury teams.
• Process treasury postings for loan receipts and repayments, including interest calculations; prepare and post FX contract and hedging entries.
• Track and resolve tickets within defined SLAs and TAT.

What you'll need

• 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Any graduation.
• Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience preparing and managing bank reconciliation statements.
• Good understanding of cash flow processes, including inflow, outflow, treasury operations, loans, and repayments.
• Advanced Excel skills with reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment.
• Confident handling of client queries and timely issue resolution.
