Roles & Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead, streamline, and enhance recruitment operations across the organization. Develop strategies to grow talent operations and expand the client base. Build and refine processes to improve candidate evaluation and delivery. Track KPIs and continually optimize recruiting performance.
• Candidate Quality & Evaluation: Review and assess candidate profiles according to client needs. Maintain high standards of candidate quality and client satisfaction. Partner closely with clients to understand hiring expectations and deliver top talent.
• Business Growth & Client Partnership: Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and attract new business. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on hiring priorities and talent planning. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring and candidate evaluation
• Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• Experience leading small teams or managing processes is an advantage
