Overview
Recruiting Solutions Engineer responsible for enabling Anthropic’s Recruiting team to use Claude effectively across education, technical support, and workflow building.
What you'll do
- Serve as a dedicated technical advisor embedded with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
- Identify, codify, and scale recruiter-created AI skills and workflows through education.
- Provide hands-on support by pairing on prompts, debugging issues, and creating documentation.
- Build fast prototypes and pilots for high-value workflows not solved by education alone.
- Design evaluation approaches for AI-assisted hiring workflows and develop technical resources for recruiting.
- Collaborate with the AI Council and People Products to vet skills and hand off pilots for productionization.
- Contribute insights across teams and create technical content for recruiting audiences.
What you'll need
- Experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a technical enablement role.
- Production experience building LLM-powered applications and workflows (prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation).
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Ability to teach AI concepts to audiences without an engineering background.
- Strong communication skills that earn trust with recruiters and engineers.
- Judgment to choose enablement, support, or software solutions appropriately.
Details
- Annual salary range: $270,000–$290,000 USD.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
- Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
- Visa sponsorship is available, with reasonable efforts for offers.
