Regional Account Executive (Midwest): Hospitality, Food and Beverage

Overview

Regional Account Executive for the Midwest US, selling software into hospitality, food and beverage businesses, with a focus on restaurant, hospitality and loyalty-led organizations.

What you'll do

• Build and grow relationships with prospective customers, particularly within restaurant, hospitality or loyalty-led businesses, to drive new revenue.
• Manage your own sales pipeline, developing clear account plans and working opportunities from first conversation through to close.
• Lead sales meetings and presentations with senior stakeholders, clearly explaining how the platform supports guest loyalty and long-term value.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to share insight, progress deals and deliver a smooth handover once a sale is complete.

What you'll need

• 5+ years' experience selling software or technology solutions into restaurants, hospitality, retail or loyalty-driven organizations.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and engaging confidently with C-level stakeholders.
• A track record of consistently achieving sales targets within a commercial software environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce, to manage pipeline and forecasting.

• Compensation: $110K base salary + $110K commission.
