Regional Payroll Operations Specialist - APAC

Overview

Regional Payroll Operations Specialist (APAC) supporting APAC payroll operations across assigned countries, with a focus on India.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and process payroll activities across assigned APAC countries.
• Serve as the first point of interaction for payroll partners and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll entries, transactions, and reports.
• Oversee adjustment pay, termination pay, and other payroll transactions.
• Provide timely payroll data to Accounting and support reconciliation activities.
• Resolve employee payroll enquiries with HR and manage garnishments, tax levies, and deductions.
• Maintain and improve payroll dashboards for payroll-cycle tracking and issue resolution.
• Support vendor consolidation/harmonisation efforts as part of the Payroll Vendor Consolidation Project.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of multi-country payroll experience.
• Practical experience processing payroll in India.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
• Strong customer-facing skills for handling queries professionally.
• Ability to support process improvement or system enhancement projects.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with deadline focus.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and reporting tools.
