Regional Sourcing Manager, Trade & Logistics

Overview

Manage the development and execution of the Motion IMEA (India, Middle East & Africa) logistics strategy, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable and cost-effective logistics operations across the region, including transportation and related services.

What you'll do

• Own regional road freight sourcing activities, including RFQs, supplier selection, carrier nominations, negotiations and contract implementation.
• Track savings, drive productivity initiatives and manage supplier performance to deliver cost-efficient and reliable logistics services.
• Manage supplier onboarding, compliance and operational performance, serving as the primary regional contact for logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support global transportation category initiatives through regional market intelligence, lane data, supplier insights and implementation support.
• Resolve supplier and operational issues to ensure service continuity, compliance and business performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Transportation or a related field.
• Experience in transportation and logistics sourcing and supplier management.
• Good understanding of logistics operations, cost models, financial metrics and performance management.
• Well-developed methodological, digital, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Tactical and strategic thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.
