Regulatory Compliance Mgr.

Overview

Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure Continental’s tire portfolio meets global regulatory and homologation requirements, translating regulatory changes into internal processes and leading compliance implementation projects.

What you'll do

• Implement new regulatory and internal labeling requirements into systems, tools, and processes.
• Ensure timely compliance of tire products with evolving legal requirements.
• Lead and contribute to global and regional compliance implementation projects.
• Manage type approval and certification-related processes.
• Collaborate with Quality to minimize compliance risks and support structured problem-solving (A3, 8D).
• Own and maintain regulatory compliance sub-processes (PoMS) and official documentation and training.
• Act as a central interface with functions and external authorities during external representation activities.

What you'll need

• Academic degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or similar.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Type Approval and Certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of global standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with digital tools and systems (e.g., cPlace, PoMS, GUTS, CTMD).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Experience working in international environments.
