Remote Applications Specialist (Patient Monitoring)

Overview

Provide remote and telephone clinical application support for Patient Care Monitoring Systems, resolving customer inquiries and complex clinical issues. The role also provides on-site support during critical situations and participates in scheduled after-hours on-call coverage.

What you'll do

• Deliver end-to-end remote and telephone support for patient monitoring solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex clinical application issues using remote access technologies.
• Manage escalations and action plans through resolution with Technical Support Engineers.
• Provide on-site support during critical customer situations.
• Monitor service responsiveness and maintain accurate operational records.
• Share product improvement feedback and clinical knowledge with internal teams.
• Contribute to knowledge tools, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or Medical Technology.
• Registration and good standing with the appropriate credentialing body.
• At least five years of clinical experience preferred.
• At least three years of clinical phone support experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical applications within patient monitoring.
• Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide scheduled on-call coverage.

• Hourly pay ranges from $41 to $73 depending on location.
