Associate Field Service Engineer Goa

Overview

Associate Field Service Engineer (Goa) for SCIEX/Danaher, responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of mass spectrometry instruments on assigned products.

What you'll do

• Complete assigned training tasks for assigned products and responsibilities.
• Perform high-quality installation of mass spec instruments.
• Carry out repair and maintenance on mass spectrometry instruments.
• Handle escalation calls and critical calls.
• Provide customer-centric support.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Have minimum 3+ years of experience with GC, HPLC, and mass spectrometers.
• Have in-depth understanding of analytical instrumentation service related to mass spectrometry.
• Have experience related to mass spec and HPLC.
• Have knowledge of computer handling and MS Office.
• Be fluent in English (writing and verbal).

Details

• Role is fully remote and part of the Western Service Team located in Goa.
• Reports to the Service Manager (Mumbai).
