Remote Service Engineer

Overview

Provide remote technical support and diagnostics for healthcare customers and field teams. Resolve service issues remotely where possible and escalate complex product issues for further evaluation.

What you'll do

• Provide remote technical support and diagnostics to healthcare customers and field partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries with troubleshooting support.
• Resolve service issues using internal tools, systems, and knowledge resources.
• Escalate complex product issues to higher-level support.
• Use remote capabilities to reduce onsite service dispatches.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of remote software system experience.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Windows server environments.
• Knowledge of computer networking.
• Ability to author technical solutions.
• Ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Associate degree or higher.

Details

• Remote-based role for candidates residing in the United States.
• Field role performed outside the company’s main facilities.
• Pay range is $42–$73 per hour, depending on location.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
