Remote Service Engineer, IGT-S (Remote-Based)

Overview

Provide telephone, remote technical support, and remote diagnostics for healthcare customers and field partners using IGT fixed-system products and remote access technologies.

What you'll do

• Provide telephone and remote technical support to external customers.
• Resolve customer service events using Philips tools and resources.
• Escalate product issues to higher-level support for evaluation and action.
• Use remote tools to resolve issues and avoid field service dispatches.
• Implement process improvements and apply effective diagnostic solutions.
• Respond to product inquiries by telephone, email, or chat.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment.
• Experience and training with Philips Azurion and/or Allura IGT systems.
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
• Knowledge of equipment installation, diagnosis, and repair.
• Associate Degree in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Ability to work safely with radiation sources or radioactive materials and required protective equipment.

Nice to have

• BSEE, BSEET, BSME, or BSMET degree.

• Remote-based field role in the United States.
• Must reside within the contiguous United States.
• Must work in office/home-office, remote, and hospital/healthcare environments.
• Hourly pay ranges from $42 to $73 depending on location.
