Overview

Field Service Engineer II supporting diagnostic instruments across the St. Petersburg, Florida territory. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer support, compliance, and territory management.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair assigned diagnostic instruments.
• Diagnose technical issues and document resolutions.
• Manage customer issues through resolution or escalation.
• Plan service visits, maintain inventory, and support on-call coverage.
• Follow regulatory, quality, and laboratory safety requirements.
• Collaborate with teams and guide other Field Service Representatives.
• Meet service sales, cost, and KPI targets.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience in engineering or laboratory technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with laboratory instrumentation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Details

• Remote, field-based role covering St. Petersburg, Florida.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Pay: $26.50–$53.00 per hour.
