Renewal Sales Specialist

Overview

Manage renewals for existing customers across global regions, ensuring successful and on-time contract renewals while coordinating with sales, customer success, partners, finance, legal, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Achieve quarterly renewal quota and ACV targets.
• Negotiate renewals and drive standard uplift.
• Manage renewal pipelines, forecasts, sentiment, and CRM stages.
• Review product usage and accounts to identify renewal risks.
• Validate and provide renewal quotes 120 days before contract expiry.
• Coordinate upgrade-and-renewal opportunities with Account Executives.
• Conduct pipeline reviews and forecast meetings with distributors and partners.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or customer success in SaaS.
• Experience working with customers in US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Experience in cloud data management and security.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a channel or partner ecosystem.
• Prior sales, customer success, or account/channel management experience.
