Service Sales Specialist

Overview

Service Sales Specialist driving service sales processes, generating profitable opportunities, and growing long-term customer relationships in designated areas.

What you'll do

• Drive service sales processes and secure profitable service sales within designated areas.
• Penetrate the Installed Base (IB) and sell the full service product portfolio.
• Promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to customers and ABB.
• Build long-term customer relationships and respond to customer needs and issues.
• Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities using market trends and service portfolio identification.
• Act as a marketer/salesperson during marketing activities such as campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

What you'll need

• More than 5 years of experience in service sales.
• Diploma/Engineering in electricals/electronics.
• Good knowledge of variable frequency drives (low or medium Voltage VFDs).
• Knowledge of motors and generators/alternators (LT and HT) and related industries/applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
