Requirement Engineer + QA Engineer, AVP

Overview

Requirement Engineer + QA Engineer (AVP) for Agile DevOps Investments teams supporting private customer securities applications.

What you'll do

• Analyze requirements and drive functional testing across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain test cases and test automation features.
• Support test automation strategy for large complex projects using Agile methodology.
• Create and execute test cases to cover user story acceptance criteria and maintain timely deliveries.
• Integrate test automation frameworks into CI/CD and minimize test flakiness.
• Perform system integration testing and verify entry/exit criteria for SIT and UAT phases.
• Create test documents (Test Plan, Test Risk Assessments, Test Results) and ensure stakeholder review/approval.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in requirements analysis for test case creation and user story test execution using Quality Centre/ALM.
• Proficiency with tools including Confluence and Jira.
• Strong experience developing test automation features using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and/or Selenium with Java.
• API testing experience is required.
• At least one year of manual testing exposure in parallel to identifying automation candidates is expected.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM environment, including agile tooling and methodology.
• Good communication and English language skills.
