Resiliency SME

Overview

Resiliency SME / Disaster Recovery Delivery Architect responsible for driving DR services failover-failback technical delivery for hybrid cloud platforms.

What you'll do

• Prepare end-to-end DR high level design documents and secure approvals.
• Lead customer-facing delivery architecture work and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Understand customer existing infrastructure and architecture deployments.
• Develop resiliency deliverables and map application-to-infrastructure dependencies.
• Produce executable DR solution recovery documentation and support BCP/DR projects.
• Provide technical guidance across servers, storage, databases, network, backup, and replication.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and data center technologies.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in BCP & DR domain.
• Mastery of high availability/replication solutions.
• Applied knowledge of storage/server solution design and backup solution design.
• Mastered ability to architect infrastructure solutions at a macro level.
• Mastered specialization in any two automation/orchestration platforms (e.g., KIRS, KRO, Ansible, Azure DevOps, COPPI, Commvault).
