Senior Manager, Technology – Finance

Overview

Senior Manager, Technology – Finance will drive innovation and own planning solutions while leading a team supporting Finance professionals.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage large, diverse teams in a matrixed organization.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for technology and workforce.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range plan financial processes.
• Manage data quality and integrity in Hyperion planning systems across connected tools (SAP, DRM, AWS).
• Ensure Hyperion platform availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.

What you'll need

• 12–17 years of Information Systems or Finance & Accounting experience (as stated).
• Implementing or managing multiple Oracle Hyperion (EPM) planning solutions (on-prem preferred).
• Experience with Oracle DRM or similar master data management tools.
• Functional experience in financial budgeting and reporting in a large corporate environment.
• Experience leading technology initiatives and managing people in matrixed teams.
• Collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed stakeholder groups.
