Resource Analyst

Overview

As a Resource Analyst, you will forecast and track resource allocation needs, assignments, and availability for assigned clinical projects and geographical areas.

What you'll do

• Track resource needs and assignments and coordinate the intake and resolution of resource requests.
• Evaluate resource availability and assignments with other areas to meet resourcing needs.
• Lead weekly resourcing needs meetings and distribute resourcing reports.
• Coordinate and distribute CVs as needed and liaise with the CV administrator group to keep CVs up to date.
• Use resourcing dashboards to reconcile and QC departmental reports, including monthly projections and utilization reports.
• Mentor and train new staff and support special projects to improve the resourcing function.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification.
• Previous experience providing knowledge/skills to perform the job, comparable to 3+ years, or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
• Knowledge of project resourcing and forecasting tools.
• Proficient MS Office skills, including Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of relational databases and ability to generate reports.
• Strong quantitative/analytical ability and excellent attention to detail.

• Location: Remote, India.
• Working environment includes office/clinical exposure to electrical office equipment.
• Potential occasional travel/occasional drives to site locations.
