Enterprise Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Overview

Enterprise Supply Chain Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating project execution and enterprise supply chain activities, from planning artifacts to PO processes and onboarding coordination.

What you'll do

• Prepare executive-ready meeting and presentation materials for gate reviews, executive reviews, departmental meetings, and leadership forums.
• Support project execution by collecting, compiling, and organizing key project content and next steps.
• Manage recognition activities for leader-celebrated team and project contributions.
• Track action items and deliverables using tools such as MS Planner and prepare SVP/executive report-out updates.
• Coordinate purchase order activities from launch/release through successful receipt, with follow-up and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate contingent worker onboarding, including requisition support and systems access readiness.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze data and Excel files to prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are required.
• Experience leveraging AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies in project delivery.
