Responsible Procurement Analyst

Overview

Responsible Procurement Analyst supporting supplier due diligence, ESG and sustainability reporting, and supply chain resiliency at nVent.

What you'll do

• Complete supplier due-diligence and ongoing monitoring by conducting supplier risk, compliance, and ESG screenings.
• Track remediation actions and maintain accurate records.
• Support EcoVadis and sustainability reporting by coordinating supplier outreach, follow-up, engagement, and analysis.
• Contribute to the Scope 3 emissions program by supporting data collection, reporting, and development.
• Maintain remediation trackers and evidence records by documenting supplier findings and keeping records audit-ready.
• Gather ESG and risk information and develop reports for leadership and audit purposes.
• Support supply chain resiliency by gathering and analyzing supplier data with the Global Sourcing team.
• Prepare for audits and respond to internal and external data and evidence requests.
• Ensure data quality by collaborating with the Data Analyst, Supplier Experience Manager, and Data Governance team to maintain supplier risk and master data integrity.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 1-3 years in procurement, ESG, sustainability reporting, or compliance analytics.
• Skills in Excel/Power Query, Power BI fundamentals, research, ESG reporting, and GHG Scope calculation reporting.
• Ability to present findings clearly to leadership.
• Integrity, persistence, positive energy, customer service orientation, attention to detail, curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Experience with EcoVadis, CDP, or supplier risk platforms.
• Familiarity with supply chain resiliency.
