Overview
RFX Specialist (Global Procurement) supporting end-to-end RfX activities for proposals and quotations within the Procurement CoE.
What you'll do
- Support RfX related activities to ensure timely execution of proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate RfX submission timelines with suppliers and align with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating supplier responses for structured analysis and decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by following established RfX processes and proposing enhancements.
- Execute RfX activities in compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Draft RfX documents and support initial proposal and quotation analysis.
What you'll need
- 4-7 years of progressive experience in procurement processes and sourcing strategies, with hands-on RfX involvement.
- Experience in project-based procurement environments (e.g., engineering, automation, intralogistics, material handling, or system integration).
- Strong ability to analyze supplier responses and identify key performance indicators for procurement decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple RfX tasks and accurate documentation.
- Capability to identify and support process improvements within RfX or procurement operations.
- Stakeholder engagement skills across cross-functional global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
