Overview

Risk and Fraud Operations Intern for Paytm Payments Services, supporting the Operational Risk & Governance team with trackers, reporting, and governance for operational risk, merchant onboarding, and vendor risk.

What you'll do

• Maintain Operational Risk (ORM) trackers, risk registers, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate RCSA activities with cross-functional teams.
• Track operational incidents, control gaps, and remediation status.
• Support SOPs/process documents and policy version control records.
• Compile KRI data and assist with periodic risk reporting.
• Assist governance for merchant onboarding and KYC documentation, including data review and PAN validation records.
• Prepare Excel-based MIS, governance reports, and management presentations.

What you'll need

• Be a graduate or MBA student pursuing or recently completed.
• Developed interest in fintech, risk operations, compliance, or payment operations.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic exposure to operational dashboards and exception tracking.
