RPA Engineer, UiPath

Overview

RPA Engineer (UiPath) responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise RPA solutions to automate manual and repetitive processes.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level RPA solutions using UiPath to automate manual and repetitive processes.
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders, analyze processes, and propose automation solutions aligned to goals and objectives.
• Build RPA automations as reusable building blocks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as process maps, solution designs, and user manuals.
• Provide production support including monitoring, exception handling, and root-cause analysis.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing RPA solutions for efficiency, reliability, and business alignment.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of UiPath experience.
• Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Robots, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, and other UiPath products.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, best practices, design patterns, frameworks, and error management.
• Hands-on UiPath experience deploying RPA solutions across enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Coupa, Navan, Workday, ADP, and eTrade.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Agentic AI capabilities including autonomous decision-making and cognitive automation.
• Proficiency in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and SOX environment.
