Sales Commission Analyst

Overview

Sales Commission Analyst responsible for driving sales commission plans, calculations, and audit accuracy.

What you'll do

• Prepare system uploads and calculate and reconcile commission payouts on a monthly/quarterly cadence.
• Assist onboarding steps for new hires, promotions, and terminations in Xactly.
• Create, distribute, and track sales compensation plan sign-off completeness for compliance.
• Answer commission-related questions for sales and sales management teams and manage tickets via ServiceNow.
• Develop, maintain, and update tools for sales commission reporting and create process documentation.
• Maintain internal controls for Sox and policy compliance and support ad hoc commission requests.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of high-tech company experience (SaaS/Cloud model preferred) in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as commissions administrator.
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields (preferred).
• 3-4+ years’ experience with Xactly or similar compensation tool (highly preferred).
• Very strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM/HRIS systems like Salesforce and Workday (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Details

• Reporting to the Commissions Operations Manager.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Sales Ops, FP&A, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and HR.
• EMEA hours (2pm to 11pm) and role marked as #LI-Onsite.
